The gleaming white minimalist marvel and smart design welcomed me and I knew immediately that our stay would be way too short.
The rooms
The 20 innovatively refurbished rooms and suites showcase a contemporary style, combining cutting edge and bespoke design alongside traditional handcrafted pieces. Luxurious bathrooms offer double vanity units with marble carved basins and spacious rains showers with mosaic feature walls.
Each room features a beautiful terrace overlooking the spectacular Caldera. The luxury suites include the Grace Suite with its ultra-luxurious en-suite bathroom, “hammam” steam bath and separate interior plunge pool with its own Caldera view, making it ideal for honeymooners.
The pride of this romantic escape is The Villa – a 400 sq m double suite offering ultimate luxury with a perfect view of Greece’s Aegean Sea amid privacy and tranquility. Ideal for couples or small groups, it has its own private spa and kitchen, a huge private pool and extensive secluded sunbathing areas.
The facilities
Those who are looking for an enhanced wellness holiday can benefit from Grace Santorini’s dedicated yoga and Pilates studio with adjoining fitness area, where they offer daily yoga sessions. Relaxing and reviving spa treatments are available upon request, or you can opt for a refreshing dive in the hotel’s iconic infinity pool, offering an uninterrupted sea view.

The restaurant
Tottering up the cliff face, the hotel is steeply spread over different levels, with the chalky restaurant ‘Santoro’ and the Champagne Lounge taking up their own floors.
Santoro is an open-air restaurant with delicious Mediterranean fusion cuisine created by chef Spyros Agious. Santoro is an indulgence of tempting gastronomy with a sea view to die for alongside the iconic infinity pool.
Chef Spyros Agious, Executive Chef of Grace Santorini, won the special award of “Best Talented Chef of the Year” at the 2016 Toques d’Or (Golden Chef’s Cap) awards. At the same time, Grace Santorini’s restaurant was honored in the category ‘Greek Cuisine 2016’.
The Champagne Lounge
The Champagne Lounge equally provides breathtaking views, where guests can enjoy the finest Champagnes and cocktails together with Chef Spyros’s signature dishes.
Order the Grace cocktail and witness the dramatic changing hues of the legendary Santorini sunset. The Grace cocktail is designed by world renowned “mixologist”, Salvatore Calabrese. It is a subtle blend of apple juice, pear purée, lemon juice and premium vodka with a hint of lemon grass – refreshing and sophisticated with more than a hint of Greece and the Mediterranean.
If you’re not a huge fan of Champagne Cocktails, they also have an extensive champagne list. We particularly enjoyed Bollinger, Deutz Brut, Deutz Brut Classic Rosé & Billecart-Salmon which paired perfectly with the signature dishes of the renowned Greek chef!
